1. Delivery Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and provide reliable delivery times for our customers.

2. Processing & Handling

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM GMT will be processed starting the following business day.

  • Business Days: Our fulfillment partners operate Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We utilise a local UK fulfillment network to ensure your professional beauty tools arrive as quickly as possible:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 5–8 business days.

Please note: While the majority of our orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or seasonal peaks.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all UK orders over £50.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of £3.99 applies to orders under £50.

  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout for prioritised handling.

5. Order Tracking

Every order from UneeqSphere is sent via a fully tracked courier service (typically Royal Mail, Evri, or Amazon Logistics).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel's journey.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Items

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours or your local sorting office first.

  • If your package is still missing after 7 days from the expected delivery date, please contact our support team at contact@uneeqsphere.com.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund for any confirmed lost items.

7. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Due to our automated fulfillment system, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
